TRCS Refund Policy
At TRCS, once your DOT number/ MC (Motor Carrier) application has been submitted, no refunds can be issued. This is because the DOT number/MC number, once issued, cannot be retracted, and labor has already been utilized to process your application.
If your DOT number/MC application has not yet been processed, a refund may be issued minus a $125 service/labor fee.
By using TRCS services, you agree that no charge-backs or disputes will be initiated without first contacting TRCS to resolve the issue. Any charge-back requires a written agreement from TRCS before processing. All billing matters can be submitted via billing@topratedcs.com
Refund Requests
Refunds must be requested within 30 days of payment.
To request a refund, please contact TRCS directly within the 30-day period.
After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.
